Without my authorization New Vitality took money out of my account claiming I was a preferred customer. I returned the product I was shipped and called my bank.

My bank rep called while I was on the phone and the lady told us that my money would be refunded within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Now I am being told that it takes 7-10 business days.

Worse still is the fact that my tracking number show that New Vitality received the shipment back, they now claimed that the product was received in a different facility and has not been processed which means the 7-10 days start whenever they decide to process it. I guess they are hoping that at some point the customer will give up asking for their money back and they can keep it

Monetary Loss: $46.

I think this company (New Vitality) tries to trap people into auto shipment once they placed the first order. I just had this bad experience.

I have called my credit card to hold off any payment to them.

Every customer has to remember that they are dealing with a company who has hundred of thousands active customers, and products get damaged, some orders get messed up, some want to replace orders, so not only does this company handle all of those return packages, on top of the customers who dont listen during their sales call or simply dont read whats in front of them but i bet ya they will read this word for word(and i hope you do) it takes time to sort through those returned packages, open them up and realize what it is as to why you returned it. the company has been in business longer than most compaines, why?

because they are successful. They know how to market their products. This is America for christ sake, why do you think you live here so you can be successful like New Vitality most are jealous that they are not. This Private Owned and Operated Company handles everything they get put at them and still going strong.

no one should knock a company for being successful. nad of course the original complaint is from florida "Shocker"

Per your complaint, we were able to locate your account and process your return.

Also, we had one of our Customer Service Representatives call and leave a voicemail message for you on October 10, 2012 confirming the return processing.

All our packages include invoices stating if the customer is on automatic shipment and includes the hours of operation and the phone number for Customer Service to contact us if they are not satisfied with their order. You can also contact us via email or standard mail.

yet people like you still call up for a "free" trial. as long as people like you live in this country, companies like this will always be able to make a profit. do you know how much interest a scam company like this accrues over the course of the year?

the longer they drag this out, the more interest gained. not to mention the business model for this company is completely ***

Greg you're right, I'm sorry to say. But in America, you don't expect companies to rip you off right out of the chute when you just called for a free sample.

(Which was NOT free.) I never even signed up for ANY shipments, much less auto ship. I will never do that again, and my experience is also noted at Ripoff Report online.

I followed up with another phone call about my money and told that they do not show the product being returned eventhough I have confirmation from Fedex that they received it. I truly believe that their strategy is drag it out as much as they can hoping that the customer will forget the whole thing and they get to keep the money.
