The situation has not been resolved and they recently sent me a letter stating that the situation will be resolved a year after the incident even though I showed them proof of the claim sheet via email and text. I even provided the Governor’s office with a copy of the claim sheetIn the last letter they insinuated that the prize is up for grabs if the thief who stole the claim sheet and ticket claims it first.
Even though I purchased the ticket.
I mailed it to them so I even though it was stolen they still could have awarded me the prize especially since they verified that I won. Very unorganized and very unprofessionalThey need to be investigated

In December of 2020 I hit off of a pick 4 box. I filled out the claim form and mailed it to NJ Lottery headquarters.
As of today's date the New Jersey Lottery has not paid me my claim of $616.50.
They claimed they never received the original form in the mail and blamed it on the post office.
They stated that they couldn't pay the claim without the original ticket even though the investigator told me that they verified that I won.
and they scratch offs are nothing but a scam low. the greatest organ
