The Nearpod customer support team is available on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST. The customer care department can be reached during these hours via phone and email. Please note that the support team is unavailable during US holidays, and all inquiries and requests submitted on these days will be addressed after the holidays.

The Nearpod website offers an option to contact both sales teams. To request a quote or submit a support ticket, you need ot press the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the page. Then, depending on the nature of your inquiry, go with the “Request a Quote” or “Email Us” options. After receiving your message, a sales or support representative will contact you.
