If you encounter problems with the toll-free number, you can call customer service at another NCEES phone number, (864) 654-6824. Customer service can assist you with exam registration, account access issues, and payment inquiries. Other topics include exam day procedures, guidance with score releases, and more.
There are two NCEES email addresses you can use. For inquiries about active-duty military personnel and their spouses, please email military@ncees.org. For information on educator resources, email your concerns or questions to institutionreports@ncees.org. You can expect a response within 2 to 3 working days. For urgent matters, instead, call customer service for an immediate response.
NCEES headquarters is located at the corporate office, which is located at NCEES, 200 Verdae Blvd, Greenville, South Carolina 29607, United States. If you have unresolved issues, you can request an appointment with a senior person at headquarters. If you cannot visit the office, you can mail a detailed letter to headquarters.
NCEES customer service hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM ET on weekdays. You can still send emails outside these hours, and customer service will respond as soon as possible during business hours. This might take two to three working days. So it is not recommended for urgent matters. You can also visit the website at any time for self-help.
NCEES client services host a live chat facility from 8 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday through Friday. You’ll find the “Chat now” feature at the bottom of your NCEES website home page. To speak with an NCEES representative about engineering and surveying, use the “Chat now” feature and NCEES client services will contact the appropriate person.
