I bought a sofa from Natuzzi for $3900 around april of 2013. I have ordered the sofa set with BIF @ Fairfax, VA and their customer service is HORRIBLE too. When I have received, it came with a broken footrest, exposed metal parts in the foot rest due to not stiching the leather properly over it, different foam densities for different parts of the sectional i.e one part of the sectional is very very hard and one is soft (This is how the sofa felt when we tried @ BIF@ fairfax location) and some other minor defects. When I wanted to decline the acceptance of the furniture, the BIF sales lady has mentioned that I would not be able to get any refund and that I have to only accept it and they will fix the issue. I naively accepted the piece. And the first fix that I got for the broken foot rest is like *** gluing ** the broken part. And for the other issues, after several discussions / inspections finally after an ** 1.5 year ** from purchase date, the BIF rep told me that I was approved for a replacement piece. I followed up with him a week or two after and he confirmed that he has placed the order just a day ago and that would be sending me a receipt (which I never got). Finally, after a month when I causally try to followup on the status, the rep says that he does not recollect the discussion and does not have any trial of it. He has to contact Natuzzi to see if they have info on this discussion. But Naluzzi rep currently being out to Italy, he has to wait either till he returns or responds to his email. It's sounds weird that he has to wait for this person and that no one else could confirm

And BIF's customer service is also HORRIBLE. They never call me to keep me posted of the status / return my calls promptly. Terrible experience. Will never ever buy Natuzzi products again and will never deal with BIF either.

I feel like the Valuecity/ walmart furniture is way better quality than the Natuzzi for the price it costs. Save your self some time and money and shop somewhere else.
