My loan switched from CELNAR to Nationstar (Mr.Cooper) They would not pay taxes correctly from my escrow even after repeatedly following up and sending them tax bills and mails that i get from tax department. They promised that they would pay the penalty if anything happens.
And always kept on saying investigation is being carried out with not outcome. Finally i made them pay the amount 6 months later with penalty from my own escrow. When i asked them to refund the penalty alteast the declined and backtracked. Every team of theirs is incompetent bunch of people with no sense and manners of customer handling.
Always kept of long holds , dropping calls , not calling back, delayed response, generic message responses, no ETA, keeping customer concerned, no escalation or priority, leaving teh customer in a soup. people who reply to email, who answer calls, who say they are researchers, escalation person each one of them show incompetency to full extent. I wonder how this company runs with so much incompetent people in todays world where customer service is of so much importance. my load was automatically switched, i would not have ever gone and dealt with these people.
I now understand why they had to change their name from old nationstar to mr.cooper, however i see the quality is still steeped down to all time low. Shame of this compnay to scamming customers
