Mylan Lidocaine Patch
For 2 years my wife has been using lidocaine patches and they stayed on for the full 12 hours. Her last prescription was filled with a Mylan lidocaine patch and it doesn't adhere properly. Accordingly, I contacted Mylan thru their website and filed a quality control complaint and provided lot number on the product. Also talked to our pharmacist and said he has received complaints about the Mylan patch.
My contact with Mylan was a week before Easter 2016 and just today (5-27-16) I received a letter from Mylan. In a nut shell, it appears that we may not be applying the product correctly, apologizes for the inconvenience, end of story. MYLAN DID NOT OFFER ANY CONSIDERATION.
My wife's next order for lidocaine patches if filled with a Mylan product, will not be accepted by me and will take the script to other pharmacies if need be. I will also inform our insurance company of the Mylan product, as not being suitable in obtaining the therapeutic valve the product is supposed to deliver.
Reason of review: Bad quality.

I'm having same issues with these thin patches! They don't stick!
They start coming up on the sides and then completely fall off.
I'm disappointed in the quality as well. Who should I contact?
