At 60000 miles on my 2020 ford f150 2.7liter i took my truck to repair shop to have new sparkplugs put in my truck at 66000 miles was driving my truck . Started to lose power temperature shot up and right back to normal few minutes later temperature shot up again and right back down and started missing real bad no check engine light ever came on or any warning pulled over called tow truck to have taken to repair shop that installed plugs they pulled sparkplugs out and found tip of one plug was melted off. After they found that i had truck tow to ford for second opinion found same thing and they found that there was *** burnt in piston called truck warranty company they sent someone to come and check truck out after investigation they said it was a faulty sparkplug that failed coming apart causing damage to piston resulting in the need of engine replaced

Preferred solution: Pay for damage to truck related to faulty sparkplugs in result to engine failure. Pay for replacement engines .

Motorcraft Pros: I only use motorcraft because that is the manufacturer recommended.
