New ReviewerThis company's website goes on and on about how they care about you and will do whatever they can to help, that's *** I have had now 5 not 1 but instances in which they have double debited my account, or debited and returned the funds and then charge me NSF fees. I have screen shots and printed copies showing that not only were the funds there I had a large amount on top that would have covered it regardless.
If that isn't enough there's no way to contact them except their automated messenger, which takes on average 48 hours before a reply. I've dealt with 6 different people in that office 3 of whom have actually threatened me with legal actions over 1 missed $68 payment THEY *** up.
After days of fighting each time I was offered to have 1 payment skipped in the future, between their nsf and my banks nsf (totalling $70 accumulative per instance X 5 = $350) and I'm accused of being g unreasonable. AVOID MOGO
User's recommendation: RUN.
Monetary Loss: $200.
