Update, a licensed plumber came out and guaranteed me success, it was for about 3 weeks, they are now leaking again and the plumber will be out tomorrow to hopefully settle this issue once again for good... It was installation we thought, the original guys didn't know what they were doing but now with this occurrence, its anyone's guess if anyone is at fault or if it is really a faulty product????????

I am so upset, 5 mos. and noone can get my sinks up and running...

I have to say Moen was going to send a plumber out, wish I'd waited another day, we shall see... to be continuted......I felt so confident I just threw out all the boxes,darn it....

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $348.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Moen Pros: Style, Warranty.

Faucets are fine, it was the installation after all, sorry I started something but my guys had me convinced it wasn't them, now I know better and would love to sue them, the guys doing the renovation but I can't... They do not know what they are doing...

I have another plumber coming out to fix another problem they saddled me with, no cold water, he mixed up my controls somehow... Sorry Moen, your product was fine, I apologize to you for jumping the gun.....
