I ordered various bathing suits, which were represented by busy models. The swimsuits were sent from Shanghai, so they took about two weeks to send.
The suits wouldn't fit any reasonable woman with bigger than an a cup size. The website said it is easy to return, but when I submitted a ticket, they offered me 50% money back and to keep the suits. If the suits fit, I wouldn't return them in the first place. I responded back and they offered me 80% as a last and final offer.
Their customer service is open from 5:30pm Eastern until 2:30am so it's not convenient hours to contact them either. This is the most frustrating process I've been through as you can't speak to anyone and there's no contact information on the website.
