I have been submitting tickets for over a week with no assistance. Becaise thier shipping too over 3 weeks with the WORST tracking system ever, I had to purchase similar items locally for the costuming on which I was working. The show had opeoned and we still had nothing!
When I contacted them to cancel the delivery they replied with "please reconsider" and sent me to the most elusive return policy I have ever read. I am continuing to try to get someone to assist me but even this seems to be an impossibility.
If this doesn't resolve soon, I willbe posting this stuff on every form of media I can get my hands on.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $53.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
