Somebody needs to do something about this company; this is a complete scam. I'm contacting my credit card company and going to try to get my money back...it's been 6 weeks, no product, no communication, I think it's a backroom in Nigeria or something.
I've never had an experience this bad but I'm going to do whatever I can to get my money back. Maybe we need to do a class action suit or something.
These kind of vendors give online ordering a bad name. It's pretty bad, and their ads come up on facebook all the time - maybe facebook needs to be notified of all the complaints.
