My Grandmother tried returning a couple sweaters because they fit way too small for her. She could not figure it out so I tried to help.
When I read the return policy, it stated that returns would have to be approved by a customer service representative. I went to the contact us page. The website shows four ways to get ahold of there customer service reps but none of them work. The phone number asks for a credit card number to place the call.
The live chat link will not let you speak with anyone without an order number and the order number I was given is not valid. This site is a total ***!
I feel they took advantage of my Grandma. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
