Misleading delivery/refund policy: I ordered 6 tops on Oct. 24th and received them on Nov.

21st, four days past the latest promised delivery date. Their instructions were poorly translated to English. I was told I would receive a 50% refund because the items did not arrive on time. I used their "ticket" system to communicate with customer service and always received timely correspondence.

They denied my claim to a 50% refund. I then proceeded to request a return authorization for 3 items. I have been offered a 50% refund on those 3 items in lieu of returning them. I have accepted that offer because their return process looks too complicated, plus it needs to go back to China.

"You get what you pay for" quality: I really like the fit and fabric of one of the tops. Two others fit me well but the fabric is cheap and the seams are weak.

The other three tops were either way too small, not the color of the picture, or cut wrong. Bottom line: I'm out $50 and will never shop with Modlily again.
