I placed an order in Nov. 2017, prompted billed and now mid Jan and still have no merchandize.

On their web site, shows I have no order pending. Difficult to contact and get info. Have invoice number and a tracking number. Prior to Christmas I reviewed the order and it showed shipped.

Thought I would have the order by the holidays but it did not arrive. After attempting to enter the order invoice and tracking number at Modlily web site it shows not order was placed and the invoice number did not work either.

I would never place an order with this company ever again. Wish I would have checked out their reviews ahead of time.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $84.
