I placed an order on Oct. 20 it's now Nov.
8 and I haven't gotten the item. The item was a gift for my wife and I ended up having to buy something else. I tried to call the company and it's some sort of personal answer machine and not a company number, I tried to cancel online and they said that it's already been shipped so they can't cancel. So, I called AMEX and they said they'll issue a refund.
Everyone should dispute the issue with the credit card company if they don't let you return things that aren't what you expected or never arrived. I'm also going to contact PayPal to report this company as a scam company.
