Just googled address 10401 Rhode Island Ave, beltsville MD. It's a storage facility. This company is such a scam!!!

I had almost the exact communication with this horrible company. The address they gave me for my return was actually a residence.

I googled the address and it showed a street view of the address and it was a private residence. I do not think I will ever see my refund. The items I ordered were so cheap and way too small. I will never make this mistake again.

Contacting BBB soon.

Good luck with your refund. May try to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
