I ordered 2 dresses that fit horribly - after checking the size chart before I ordered. The dresses are way too long & very tight at the top.
I've been trying to get this resolved for 2-3 weeks. They said returning them to China is very expensive & would take a very long time & offered me 10% of what the $50 i paid for them. I told them i would like a prepaid return label - the fact that the sizing is wrong is not my fault. Now they will not respond!
I am so pissed!!!
Its getting more & more difficult to exchange or return most anything online! What's the point of buying on line (for convenience) if it is more trouble than it"s worth & they're not keeping your money???#!!
