Ordered a suit, they charged my card. I never received it.

It has been over 3 weeks. I can't get anyone to answer my complaints.

I guess I'll have to call the better business bureau. I would never order from them again!

I did the same thing, ordered 2 bathing suits on April 9th, they charged my card, but status said they didn't ship. I though customer service hours were odd, 1730 to 230AM Monday through Friday.

Looked up the country code given in the customer service number and it says Algeria. Not sure there's any recourse but I won't be ordering from them again.
