Modlily have no live chat, contact is only via raising a ticket which resulted in getting no response despite numerous attempts to contact them via this ticket

I spent nearly $380 AUD and am so unhappy with every item of clothing. It's cheap quality fabric, the cut of fabric is dreadful, can't even get some of the clothes on as the neck opening is too tight, the top I have washed has shrunk so much it would fit a child!
I've contacted them numerous times and have had no response.
Can anyone give advice how do I contact them im so far away in Australia! I'm devastated so much money spent!!
