I ordered 2 swimsuits from Modlily because they were on sale. I expidited shipping so I would have them to wear to an upcoming event.
The company took my money fast. Today the order status still shows processing and it has been weeks. I finally cancelled order asking for refund. I have received no emails about my order or what is holding up the order.
I'm ready to call Better Business Bureau. My mistake for not reading all the negative reviews online beforehand.
Has anyone else not gotten their money back? This company should not be allowed to operate if they cannot communicate with their customer.
