Been a while since I learned a life lesson like this - and $20 is not the worst it could have been. I thought I was buying a brown tunic - it looked great online - a rich, warm brown.
(See link) What arrived was peach (I know I'm not the only one who hates peach), and was literally falling apart at the seams. Modlilly's only response was to give me 20% (maybe it was 30%) back without returning or have me return it TO CHINA, which would have cost more than I paid. After a few weeks of nonsensical communication, I escalated to PayPal.
No great reflection on PayPal either, they closed my complaint without any resolution. Lesson learned.
