I have read many bad reviews so I was worried. I actually had a pretty quick and efficient customer service encounter.
I received the wrong bathing suit, the sizing was spot on based on their sizing chart(and I'm a plus sized girl). I contacted customer service. My vacation is in 2 weeks so I knew I wouldn't likely get the suit I wanted in that time frame. They offered for me to keep the suit and only pay 20% of the original cost.
I thought that was very generous. I don't love the wrong suit but I don't hate it either.
Especially for only paying 20% of the original cost. I posted pictures of what I got vs what I ordered.
