Recently placed an order, received the order, tried the merchandise on and one didn't fit - need to return. Followed their instructions to reach them and sent email as instructed and was told they would respond within 24 hours - have heard NOTHING.
That was 4-5 days ago. Not the way to do business. Somehow have to get the word out there that this company needs shut down. I am currently trying to see if I can get some resolution through my credit card company.
I should have known with no phone # to customer service that this could be sketchy. Consumers should not have to fight to return merchandise - if a company is operating properly they should have a customer service phone # minimum.
Any way an Attorney General could get involved? With this many issues from consumers something should be able to be done to SHUT THEM DOWN.
