Furious with Modlily
I want to return a blouse. Their website is purposely obscure and their return policy fraught with layers.
I cannot find their US mailing address to return my item. The more time I spend resolving this, the more furious I get. My next stop is Better Business Bureau. Why should a consumer not be able to return an item easily?
Why should a consumer not be able to get her money returned promptly? Why should an address in the US not be available when it appears to have been shipped to you from somewhere in the US?
I hate Modlily more by the minute. Be prepared to dislike the item you order and to have trouble returning it.

Go online and file a complaint with econsumer.gov. That is the only way to combat these chinese companies that are doing this to US consumers!I did!
