Order a swimsuit, want to return, no invoice sent, no record of my order on their website and now I am a pissed consumer. No way to submit ticket, only get a "did this help you".
NO, it didn't help me. It might only be $26.47 but they are getting rich off of each and every one of us. I want a complete and full refund!!! The brick and mortar buildings may be a thing of the past in some areas, but I would rather deal with someone face to face.
