I ordered the bathing suit that I saw from a Facebook add. I used PayPal for safety and service but no product was ever delivered.
When I tried to track it there was no way to do it. I did see that it was in China at one point but the number I was given replied that there was no way to track. I put a complaint into Paypal and they responded to wait a couple more days. Now I can't "escalate" claim because I can't figure out how to escalate the claim on the PayPal site.
That too is terrible and leads me to mistrust PayPal now! Can't somebody help please ?
