The User's qualified retirement plan rolled over to an IRA for The User of company services at Millennium Trust. The User of company services took a taxable distribution or executed a direct rollover to a current employer's qualified plan from The Client's IRA at Millennium Trust. The User's qualified retirement plan was automatically rolled over to an IRA for The Client of Millennium Trust at Millennium Trust and/or The User of Website made any other current year contributions. It also is used to report the fair market value (FMV) of The User's IRA as of December 31 of the reporting year. A self-directed IRA is just like other Individual Retirement Accounts in that it provides a way for individuals to save for retirement in a tax-deferred account.
