I ordered what looked to be a very pretty tank top and little cover. It was $90.00 AFTER a discount!

Plus another $17.95 for shipping! When I received it, I was pretty disappointed in the quality, so I returned it. Since then I have received two bills and still NO credit. And on top of all that I have to pay the $17.95 shipping to me and another $7.95 to ship it back.

That is CRAZY!!!!!

How is it that it is $17.95 to come to me, but only $7.95 to go back? I will NEVER order from this company again!

Monetary Loss: $26.

I certainly agree with you. I was about to order from this store and saw the shipping and handling fee, just ridiculous.

They have nice clothes but shipping is higher than any store I have ordered from. They don't have a cut off like orders over 59.00 or more is free. No incentive for the customer.

It is a shame. They need to review customer services.

I have bought several items from them-- a velvet quilt, a blouse, and a chair. All were very cheaply made and the quilt and top fell apart after a couple of washings.

No one sits on the chair- a whit upholstered living room chair which matches a sofa.

It cost $250 before the expensive shipping and no one sits on it because it is so light it moves when you sit down. And it is not a dining room chair.

You are the reason that Customer Service in this country is basically nonexistent. How you still have a job as a CSR is beyond me.

If you would read the terms and conditions in the center of the catalog (I'm assuming you're an educated adult) before you order, it would help! As for the shipping/processing charges they are also in that section.

If you choose to order without reading them you have just entered into a legal binding contract and are responsible for the s/p and return fee of the $7.95 smart label, which that explanation is right beside the return label. A smart label is cheaper due to you packaged it back up so there is no processing charge. When the rep gave you the total why didn't you hesitate then?

The prices are right there....you had to see them before ordering! YOUR FAULT...suck it up buttercup.....when I make a mistake then I own up to it and suffer the consequences and learn from it!....you know...the right thing to do!

PLEASE Work on your Customer SERVICE SKILLS and BE Cognizant...Customer SERVICE is CUSTOMER CARE, which Ultimately DRIVES the Company or Plummets it. If you are a Representative of ANY company, it would BEHOOVE you to BE A REPRESENTATIVE of its Worth....Unless of course you are its Worth.
