sure what to do about the clicking noise in the steering column yet as KIA stated the problem was not a big deal, but was not going to be repaired under the extended warranty. I am writing you this review after another visit to Tires Plus including an oil change and lifetime wheel alignment purchase made in the past week from Tires Plus.

This visit has made me happy and given me back the idea and feeling of keeping my relationship with Tires Plus, as this company is organized and polite everytime.
One other thing, I have a Tires Plus credit account. There was a mix up sometime on the payment for the month of April or May. The customer service told me because the payment was late, then my credit was reduced by $ 2200.00. I pay well over the minimum many months, and am making payments that are on time using the automated system, never having a problem.

I have been a professional driver in real estate, construction, and finance all of my adult life. My credit scores, and availability to use the Tires Plus account have suffered because of this credit line reduction. I had to split payments on the brake/rotor replacement with another banks credit card. I am asking that the car tire replacement cost, rotor replacement cost, and the credit line decrease be looked over for consideration of some type of resolution.

I am asking that the credit line be reextended back to the $ 3200.00 level that the card was at before the mix up on the payment. The customer service representative on the phone stated the credit line could be reconsidered after 3 months of on time payments.

I am wanting to hear from you soon, so that our Tires Plus business to business relationship can continue with me feeling like I am a business Tires Plus enjoys working with.

Roger,at Clarksville Indiana Tires Plus store was very rude to my Wife. He was hollering at Her,VERY RUDE ,DISRESPECTFUL.

Upon us leaving store,he came to my vehicle opened rear of DUV,started to raise his voice at me. I was trying to leave. My Wife was doing business with him not me. He became very rude started to holler at me,then hollered at me to get off his lot before he calls police.

He had no business talking to me I wasnt the one asking for service,my Wife was. He had no right coming to car,I was again trying to leave.

Complaining about the service to my car

My check engine light had been on for over a month. In that time there was never any problems just that the light was on and I was well aware of it.

Keep in mind when I drove my vehicle in there on the 30th to get repaired my vehicle was running fine Thursday afternoon when I picked my vehicle up I didn't get 300 yd out of the parking lot when it completely died on North lake boulevard I called the store that gentlemen actually defended and I told him the car had you get it here I says I'm only about 3:00 yd and by the animal hospital I got it to start again and I nursed it back in there that's what he tells me that he doesn't think he can get to Friday I brought it up there too and on Saturday to show how bad it was running he said the only thing I do is tell you bring her back on Monday which I did I brought it in at 7 o'clock in the morning on Monday I tried to call him back around noon Time no one answers the phone at that store it rings and it rings each time that I come to pick it up I tried to call to find out if it was ready never once a week they call me When I picked it backup on Monday The gentleman told me he drove it all the way down to US wanted back and he said no problems I said great I asked him if I owed him any more money he said no. I I was going to go to Fort Pierce When I got into Fort Pierce I was driving around all of a sudden it started Doing the same thing that I had it in there before period what's amazing is it if the general would a test drove my car on Monday or Thursday when I 1st took it in he would be able to see that something was wrong why didn't have to be the one to find out.

I use a little analogy here I'm a licensed plumbing contractor. I certainly wouldn't go into someone's house Especially what you guys did you put a vehicle together thinking that it was fixed and it wasn't.
