My experience was good I just wish I could have added my apartment number instead I have to call back again to give it when the package is out for delivery
I've just had the most disastrous and horrible experience. I ordered a product on Thursday and was told I can pick it up from store.
I went all the way from one end of the city to the other end to pick up the bag and was told that order was rejected. I received no email no confirmation about that cancellation. When I called customer service the person just apologized and stated I can send the email now and straight away put me to a voicemail for feedback. Seriously such a big brand and this level of customer service.
I am just appalled.
The agent said I will receive an email in few minutes and it's been almost 5 hours and I have still not received any email. This is absolutely poor customer service and lying straight on your customers face.

Michael Kors is a fashion designer whose office is based in New York City. He is best known for designing classic American sportswear for women. Kors had an affinity for fashion since he was very young. His mother thought it might have had to something to do with the fact that he was exposed to the apparel industry through her modeling career. As a teen, Kors began designing clothes and selling them out of his parents' basement, which he renamed the Iron Butterfly. In 1977, he enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Currently Michael Kors designs women apparel, shoes, handbags, accessories, jewelry, gifts, as well as stuff for men. Among the awards of Michael Kors are 1999 CFDA award for womenswear designer of the year and 2003 CFDA award for menswear designer of the year.
