New ReviewerI have purchased a second Mobil home in Mesa Verde Yuma AZ park. My Dad lives her and has been a resident for 20 years, I purchased a home here last year and now I purchased one for my daughter.
She is 40 years old. She has back and neck issues so this park is perfect for her. She is a quiet cat lady with back issues. She has given up her apartment as of the 1st of Feb.
Now the office tells me she cant live here because of her age. There is a 10% clause in the Mesa Verde contracts HOWEVER Management here said that is in there just to cover their butts. REALLY??? What can I do to solve this?
I can name 3 other people in this park that are not 55 but the office here just gives me the runaround. So much that they would not give me the number to cooperate. She said Google it, that's what she said she tells everyone. WHY can I not talk to human who knows something about this place.
I was told that my daughter cant even stay with me in my home for longer than two weeks. MY HOUSE? I need help with this issue and I need it fast.
My daughter is going to be homeless next week and I have a house that I cant use. Please call me 320-510-**** Rita Weber
Monetary Loss: $35.
Preferred solution: permission for my 40 year old daughter to live here. I bought a second home here so my daughter can live here.
