Mercari is the bottom of the barrel as far as consignment apps. The last straw was when I purchased a lamp for my daughter that was listed as "Brand New." This thing looked (and smelled) like it was pulled from the dumpster.

When I contacted the seller for a return, she said they did not want it back and blocked me so I could no longer communicate.

There is no way to get a hold of customer service so I was out 127.00. Terrible company!

Every time I dialed m the number and didnt get a busy signal, after about six rings the call hung up. I got a message on one occasion that stated that my area doesnt have phone support.

The question I had was not addressed on site, I put it in to email customer support and received a generic response. I hate having to contact Macari for anything.

I got scammed I did not authorized a purchased but a scammer got my pay method without me authorizing it they said a label was created I guess they waited to get and I received a fake package so that they get paid and never got my 400 hundred dollar unauthorized because all I did was make an offer then how did they get my information to take $400 from my account
