For most Melbourne Symphony Orchestra concerts and events, tickets can be purchased online, via phone and at the venue of the event. Each year, Company's season comprises of a number of different subscriptions series. Tickets purchased through the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra may be exchanged to another performance within the same concert season for a fee by phoning the MSO Box Office. For more information about exchanging The User's tickets see Company's Terms & Conditions. All ticket purchases are finalised once payment has been received, and no refunds can be made after this time. If The Client of Melbourne Symphony Orchestra have lost The Client's tickets, The User of Website should contact the outlet from which the tickets were purchased. Lost ticket vouchers can be issued at the box office one hour prior to the performance, for subscribers only. Seniors card concessions are available only for concerts at Iwaki Auditorium where available and Melbourne Town Hall Proms performances.
