Each time The Client of MedPost visit MedPost, a record of The User's visit is made which typically contains The Client's symptoms, examination and test results, diagnoses, treatment, and referral information. Understanding what is in The Client's record and how The User's health information is used, helps The Client of MedPost to be sure it is accurate, understand why others may access The Customer's health information, and make more informed decision when authorizing disclosure to others. Although The Client's health record is the physical property of MedPost, the information belongs to The User of company services

The Medical Records team will reach back out to The Client for additional information needed to process The Client's request. MedPost can treat most non life-threatening illnesses or injuries. If The User are experiencing an emergency or a life-threatening illness, please call 911 or visit The User's local emergency room. Website accept most major insurance plans at MedPost's' urgent care clinics. If The Customer have questions about coverage, The Customer's co-pay or deductible, please call The User's insurance provider. Their phone number will be on The Client's insurance card. If The User of company services are unable to reach The Client's insurance provider, please call The User's nearest MedPost location and Website can confirm if The Company are in network with The Customer's insurance provider. The Client's insurance provider, however, will be The Customer's best resource in determining The User's co-pay and current deductible status. If The User of Website have a high deductible plan, The Client may receive a bill from MedPost after The Customer's visit - even if The User paid a co-pay at the time of The User's visit - if The Client's deductible has not been met.
