For unresolved issues or complex concerns, you can request an appointment with a senior representative at MECU Credit Union headquarters. Book a person-to-person discussion beforehand. If you can’t visit the office, you are welcome to send a detailed letter to headquarters. MECU Credit Union call centre hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. On Thursday, the hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The centre is closed on Sunday. Outside these hours, you can send an email to customer service. An agent will come back to you as soon as possible during business hours.
