I bought a massage chair from Amazon Jan 29 2021. The chair was a defect.
Mecor sent the return labels for the boxes I packed up. They freely admitted they received the chair. After 6 months I still have not got my refund. After many attempts to get my refund from Amazon, I called again and spoke to a "supervisor" to tell Synchrony Bank to issue a callback.
Never heard of one but requested it and got it. Amazon says they they issued a refund but it went to Mecor. Many attempts latter, Mecor says it will issue my purchase of $809.98 IF if would send a copy of the recall cancellation which I have and have offered to send them repeatedly. They give me the runaround but never a place to send it except over the phone which I do not know how to do.
I have also told Mecor and Amazon this on several occasions. No I do have the letter and will be glad to send it by mail or email. I am tired of this run around and will be calling the better business and contacting a lawyer. 6 months is rediculous.
I will also try to contact a news outlet and If I can I'll try to get in touch with fox news. Thanks for your time James H Packard
