Automatic shipments are a nuisance. I did not need anymore products, the shipment originally went to an old address and then finally to me which took weeks.

I am now trying to return the product, and was told since the product shipped in February they will not accept a return. I told them the box has not been opened but that doesn't matter. So now I'm being held to a $167 order that I didn't need and didn't want.

Unless the product has expired, I don't see any reason why I cannot return the product. I've closed my account and will find another product to use that doesn't require automatic shipments.
