I have also had horrible experiences with customer service, it is obvious the people who reply to the emails do not read them or do not understand English . A "cookie cutter " response is provided and that's it .
I have been a customer for a while and was promised things would be corrects and they never were so I canceled my auto a ship and received another generic message proving my point. It's sad a company as big as this pushes a product and plays so many games to get a few more dollars out of a customer and when they complain a generic unconcerned response is given .
