Ordered product, didn't like it,tried once to cancel,got talked in trying til before trial period ends,ended up canceling,got confirmation code,but no email,called in talked to two people, the last man rude!!he said don't call again !!! !!
I was not going to return the product, and pass it to a friend ,but after that ,I'm not going to let some friend deal with that...awful customer service, I am hoping they finally do cancel and not take from my credit card...gonna have to get my husband othe phone!!!! It's a shame such a celebrity supports this ...
