IF YOU ARE OR WERE A PATIENT AT MAYO CLINIC YOU MAY WISH TO READ THIS THROUGH BEFORE CONSIDERING WRITING A COMPLAINT. My experience.

I was a patient at Mayo Clinic for 3 years. I was patient at another institution for 2 years before I went to Mayo for help. I almost bled to death several times. I was sick with a bleeding, vascular, cancerous tumor for at least 5 years.

It's a miracle I am alive. I went to Mayo Clinic hoping they could help find the source of my internal gastroientestinal bleeding that others before Mayo had failed to find. I had severe anemia that required periodic hospitalizations, blood transfusions and frequent chemotherapy visits for intravenous infusions of iron. I spent several years in the Mayo Jacksonville FL chemo unit surrounded by cancer patients and the entire time I had cancer that my Mayo Clinic Hematologist missed.

The cancer was a GIST Sarcoma, a highly vascular, bleeding, ulcerated tumor located in my small intestine which they missed on many colonoscopies, endoscopies, 2 camera pill studies, a nuclear medicine scan with radioisotopes, an angiogram with a catheter shoved up my groin which rendered my right leg groin area in paid for years and stiff, CT scans and probably tests I don't even recall. But the oncologist who treated me in NYC at Sloan Kettering said my tumor was obvious on the CT scan he did the day he met. The one and only procedure my Sloan Kettering doctor had to do to discover my cancer and he could not understand why Mayo had missed it for so long. Also, it is important to say that the hematologist insisted my anemia was because I was a woman, even though I was pratically menopausal and I told them they were barking up the wrong tree.

They even had a gynecologist say my intestinal bleeding was from my uterus which is hilarious because I had intestinal hemorrhages in the MAYO Clinic hospital with my gastroenterologist at Mayo having proof of them. Bottom line, Mayo Clinic did in fact misdiagnose my two cancers: Sarcoma and Thyroid Cancer. The entire time I am experiencing fatique and terrible anemia I also had lumps on my neck on my thyroid gland that the hematology docs ignored which turned out to be a rare, aggressive cell form of thyroid cancer. They were so dismissive and lazy.

Not long after my thyroid cancer was confirmed by a doctor outside of Mayo Clinic because Mayo would not approve me for care for my thyroid issue, Mayo terminated my care. They were afraid of me. They knew they had messed up big and I was a liability. I was a threat to the "successful patient outcomes".

It is known in the legal and medical communities that Mayo Clinic dumps patients when they mess up. And it does not stop there. Read on to learn what I have experienced with Mayo Clinic and it is absolutely, every bit true. And, my family and friends are on notice that if anything happens to me they all know where to look.

I have traveled to our nation's capitol to meet with legislators re: what happened to me and other patients. I have not stopped working to try to get legislation changed to help fellow patients. In the meantime, I am still asking...Where are the protections for patients in cases like mine or yours? Who is protecting patients and upholding our patients' rights?

How does a medical provider get away with patient abandonment of a good, well-insured and compliant patient with cancer? Money, greed, corruption and legislators who have passed legislation that now better protects medical providers and not patients. That is how. It is up to patients to fight back.

My story: First: Mayo Clinic misdiagnosed my two cancers for 3+ years. Second: They did in fact refuse me medical treatment and they did in fact violate several of my patientsโ€™ rights. Third: They have not apologized to me or tried to make things right. Fourth: Mayo Clinic does not want the public to know they misdiagnosed a patientโ€™s two cancers Second: They did in fact refuse me medical treatment and they did in fact violate several of my patientsโ€™ rights.

Third: They have not apologized to me or tried to make things right. Fourth: Mayo Clinic does not want the public to know they misdiagnosed a patientโ€™s two cancers. [continued below].... .....

They suppress negative patient stories. Mayoโ€™s influence and connection with local & national media networks is far reaching. More on Mayoโ€™s Influence below. FIFTH & Most Frightening: I have personally experienced a degree of intimidation by Mayo Clinic.

I want it for the record here & I have told my family & close friends, that if anything happens to me they know where to look. MALPRACTICE: NOTE: I did NOT want to sue Mayo Clinic for money and I have NOT sued Mayo Clinic. This was never my intention. I wanted and still want Mayo Clinic to be held accountable for violating my patientsโ€™ rights and punished for their unethical behavior.

I believe they should pay patientsโ€™ rights violations fines and that the CEO & the misdiagnosing doctors should all be required to take a compassion training and ethics course. I think malpractice is not always the answer. These people have lost their humanity and compassion for patients. They are lost souls.

They will only continue to hurt others if the state of Florida, patients, the people and legislators donโ€™t stand up and demand change. More on how people can effect change below. The attorneys wanted to sue for malpractice and several considered trying but I had a โ€œcomplicated caseโ€ they said. Some were quite intimidated by Mayo Clinic and they said it would cost them a lot of money so they were not going out on a limb for someone who wasnโ€™t dead or almost dying--it wasn't important that I had almost bled to death and I had two cancers that do not respond to any traditional chemotherapy or radiation.

It's a miracle I am alive. However, some attorneys were gracious enough to try to help me in certain capacities and offered some guidance and advice. Those whom I consulted and who have experience with Mayo Clinic malpractice cases told me several things about Mayo Clinic and what I should understand and expect: ONE: โ€œThere was definitely โ€˜some negligence on Mayoโ€™s partโ€™-- that I did suffer delayed cancer diagnoses and misdiagnoses (thatโ€™s plural). But they โ€œcould not take my case due to the fact that my survival rate was not severely diminished and I wasnโ€™t dying or dead from one or both of the cancers within a year or two.

That it would cost them too much money out of their own pockets to fight Mayoโ€™s army of attorneys and it would be hard to get an oncologist on the stand to go up against his buddies.โ€ The other important information is that โ€œso much of Floridaโ€™s malpractice legislation that used to protect patients has been stripped away in tort reforms and greatly favors medical providersโ€”not patientsโ€. TWO: โ€œThey definitely violated my patientsโ€™ rights and I would have to appeal to my legislators to get the legislation actually enforced and amendedโ€”and that is an entirely whole other fight. They advised me to contact my legislators and I did. More on that below and see those photos.

THREE: That โ€œwhat happened to me at Mayo Clinic is not uncommon. That we donโ€™t hear about it because most patients are humiliated, embarrassed or they donโ€™t think they can do anything about it or they are afraid and they are too sick to fight or they are dead or their stories are buried. And that this behavior is Mayo Clinicโ€™s โ€œmodus operandiโ€ to dump patients after they realize their mistakes. That โ€œit is very damaging to their successful patient outcomes, their reputation and their bottom line to have missed and misdiagnosed someoneโ€™s cancer--and to miss two cancers, well, thatโ€™s pretty damagingโ€.

This attorney went on to explain to me that โ€œMayo Clinic has meetings where they discuss patients. Present at these meetings are doctors, risk management specialists, insurance specialists, and other assorted administrative team members. In these meetings they *** out the difficult cases and my case was red flagged as I was a risk.โ€ To sum it up, I was punished for their mistakes. FOUR: Several attorneys said if I want to get any help with a case that I โ€˜need to get out of Mayo Clinicโ€™s backyardโ€ here in Jacksonvilleโ€.

It became apparent to me that Mayo Clinic has a great deal of influence in Jacksonville, FL and across the USA and that I was not going to get an apology from them or any justice or a fair shake at justice or even to have my story heard with the help of local media. More on that Mayoโ€™s Influence below and the mediaโ€™s suppression of my story. FLORIDA PATIENTSโ€™ RIGHTS AND MALPRACTICE LEGISLATION: Florida Legislators Are Not Protecting the People. Patients are political pawns for greed and personal gain.

Another thing I learned since I first filed my complaint here is that the people of Florida are not protected by the Patientsโ€™ Bill of Rights and Responsibilities. It is, in essence, fake legislation. Florida actually has the harshest Patientsโ€™ Rights bill in the USA. It provides for zero legal recourse, either administratively, civilly or otherwise and there is a clause in the bill that specifically states this.

The Patientsโ€™ Bill of Rights, Statute 381.026, in the state of Florida is not honored, not enforced and โ€œwas enacted for political show so the people think they are protected but they are notโ€ฆthat โ€œthe bill was snuck in by legislators working for the medical lobby who have a lot of money and the bill was passed under the falsehood of the fabricated, alleged medical malpractice crisis for which other legislation has been built on which benefits the providers and the insurers to the detriment of patientsโ€. This is an actual quote from a medical malpractice professor/lawyer and has been confirmed by other legal experts I consulted with in my research. Mayo Clinicโ€™s Influence: Intimidation Tactics, Media Presence on Social Media, Google, Yelp, and other Business Review sites. Mayo Clinic spends millions on marketing campaigns & advertising.

Mayo employs thousands of people and many of them are marketing team, social media, etcโ€ฆ and they work solely to effect a positive image and to bury the negative information. NEGATIVE REVIEWS ONLINE: If you write a review about your bad experience or your cancer misdiagnoses at Mayo Clinic like I have you will find your review will be hidden under the โ€œnot recommended reviewsโ€ on Google, Yelp, Health Grades, etcโ€ฆYou will need to re-post them and do it from a fresh IP address if you can because these sites read the IPโ€™s. The negative reviews are suppressed on these sites, sometimes not even published and they are suppressed in search results so you have to be like a mole and keep popping up in new places to keep your story going. If you dig online, you will find that news articles about Mayo are not present since about 2010 going back.

And, if newer articles pop up, they disappear and I have found that many articles have disappeared. Mayo Clinic has worked hard since the Mayo-Florida-radiology-tech-with-hepatitis-stealing-IV-drugs-from-patients-story was published back around 2010. Mayo Clinic pays a ton of money to hide their dirt. TWO: Social Media โ€“ if you leave a comment on their Facebook page(s) they can click on โ€œhide commentโ€ so the public cannot view it.

THREE: Media/News โ€“ If you comment on a story about Mayo medical malpractice on a local news stationโ€™s page, they will hide the comment. If you put a link to your story or to another pageโ€™s site that has your story, theyโ€™ll hide it or remove it if they can. They don't always catch them all but most. FOUR: Intimidationโ€”They have โ€œpeopleโ€โ€”They will investigate you, stake out your home, follow your car, and perform intimidating tasks for the bosses & God knows what else.

These people are not messing around and I have received their message loud and clear. This intimidation came on the heels (but may have been sooner) of my publicly protesting in front of Mayo Clinic on the street and my travels to Capitol Hill and the Florida Capitol to meet with my state senators and congressional reps, or was it possibly the congressional inquiry that was submitted on my behalf by a congressman or was it my interviews with news reporters who had the story shut down or was it that TV news team who were on their way that day to see me at the protest then were told not to broadcast my story? Or was it my promise to never go quietly away? Bottom line, Mayo Clinic scares me.

Note: a congressional representativeโ€™s aide told my husband & me in a meeting at the Florida Capitol that โ€œMayo Clinic is very powerful. Be careful. Watch yourself.โ€ HINDSIGHT: I should have run but I trusted them. They were the doctors.

I was the patient. Remembering the words of my Mayo Clinic GI doctor I saw for 3 years at Mayo--it occurred to me that he was aware something was going on in my case. He had said โ€œI think the way you are being treated here is not right. I am going to discuss your case with the board at our next meeting.โ€ This was right after I was in the hospital again at Mayo for another internal hemorrhage from a bleeding, cancerous tumor in my small intestines that docs have now missed and misdiagnosed and insisted was gynecological.

They did not listen to me. The hematologist and gyn docs were dismissive & pompous. They had to label me with something so they slapped me w/ a wrong diagnosis. I sat in chemo units for years, getting IVโ€™s for anemia, surrounded by cancer patients & all those years I had cancer.

Anyway, I really did not understand what the GI doc meant at the time but it came later that he knew something was not right & he was trying to help me I think. It was finally my GI doc who did help find my first cancer. I am grateful to him and I want him to know I think he is a good man & a good doctor. I know he tried.

Heartfelt thanks Dr. MP in Gastroenterology on Mayo Clinicโ€™s 6th floor, Davis Bldg. There are many good people at Mayo but when they make mistakes, the patients are not always treated fairly & this is directly related to the culture created by the leadership of Mayo Clinic. A good, compassionate leader would not allow patients to be treated the way he treated me.

TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS. If you are experiencing problems with your medical care, lack of diagnosis or you think youโ€™re being misdiagnosed. Find a better doctor. Make it happen.

Donโ€™t waste time. HELP AMEND & ENFORCE FLORIDA PATIENTSโ€™ BILL OF RIGHTS CALL/EMAIL/WRITE your congressional leaders/senators and ask them to amend Statute 381.026, Florida Patientsโ€™ Bill of Rights and to enforce the peopleโ€™s rights. Ask them to fine providers who violate patientsโ€™ rights and to create a review board to review & investigate violators.

Require ethics and compassion education for violators. Restore compassion and humanity to Florida healthcare and demand justice for patients harmed by malpractice.

Reason of review: My rights as a human being & patient were violated. My medical care was abandoned which is a Federal patients' rights violation. I trusted Mayo Clinic and they threw me away without regard for my life or the outcomes of my cancers..

Monetary Loss: $500000.

Preferred solution: An apology from the CEO & doctors they must take compassion training courses..

Mayo Clinic Cons: Uncaring leadership who doesnt put patients first.

Location: 4500 San Pablo Road South, Jacksonville, FL 32224, USA

High turnover in Minnesota. Doctors don't stay because of they way they are treated.

They have no follow-up and their answer for everything is take another pill. They have monopolized the area so there is no alternative and was called out for it by one of the only great doctors who used to be there.

Yes used to be, they pushed him out when he tried standing up for the people. Mayo clinic is lazy, will pay more attention to you if you have more money, they waste millions on constant renovations of the same areas of that hospital in Austin and business meetings are catered from somewhere else because they're too good for the food they serve and with silver and fine china...Tell me how that kind of wastefulness helps run a business...all smoke and mirrors....Working there is worse, but that's a whole other topic...

I've heard it's high stress for employees. There have many some whistleblowers cases.

One recent one by a doctor and he seems to have disappeared. Here's a link to peruse them. Grap a cup of coffee and a snack because there's a lot to read. https://www.google.com/search?q=doctor+whistleblower+mayo+clinic&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS720US720&oq=doctor+whistleblower+mayo+clinic&aqs=chrome..69i57.13942j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 On another note: People need to understand that many of the review sites for consumers and employees to review hospitals, etc.

are not showing the public the negative reviews unlike here on Pissed Consumer. Consumer Affairs and Google hide most of the the negative reviews. They either get removed or you have to scroll way to the end and locate the faint, faded, gray pulldown menu to view the Not Recommended reviews.

A lot of them are hiding there. These sites get paid to hide the dirt for these awful people.

I am so sorry for this woman and what she went through ..I have visited once and I had a bitter experience too. So I decided to seek for information online when I found this web site where patients are exposing their experience and choose anonymous due to fear of retaliation .

This is an eye opening experience .

I thank you for being so brave and exposing this organization's lack of ethics and abuse. Glad to have found this before I submitted myself to any further procedures.

I can truly believe every word of this .

Great response...keep up the good work. We are going National with our End of Life Stories of willful misrepresentation and Corporate Mgmt oblivious to all the problems at the North East FL facility.

Ophia Iyd

I'm in the same boat. I am creating a website mayoclinicsucks.us ( Mayo owns the .com and .net of that name already...) I am an IT guy and will do everything I can to place pressure on Mayo to change and spread the word. Thanks for sharing your story.

Good for you for trying to do something. I would urge you to contact your district, state and US representatives in addition to the Agency for Heathcare Administration, The US Joint Commission, you state Attornery General.

Filing a complaint and writing a letter plus calling these entities puts your experience on the record regarding any unethical treatment, malpractice or negligence at Mayo Clinic. Patients need to take the time to do this in order to show these officials that there is a pattern and a problem with the way Mayo treats patients.

Good luck and be careful. They don't like it when people fight back.

To the poster of this who has fought so hard. I am not in a position to do so, all I have left in this world is my integrity and I sit here in my bed, having been fired this morning as a patient for referring to a doctor as a jerk and having referred to the Mayo as a money-grubbing institution when I received a call from patient experience telling me I had no right to write to the CEO.

I did not go to patient experience or start a conversation that included any name calling. They called me at home in my own bed. My mistake was in believing they meant the words on their walls. I wrote to the CEO suggesting that they not send specialty patients to one after the other resident in primary care, but rather let them have one doctor, and that on be of their choosing within reason.

So I wonโ€™t get an apology for the character assassinating letter that was written into my file, and I wonโ€™t get my doctors back, particularly the one I need to keep because we are trying to figure out what exactly is making me so sick. If I persue them, theyโ€™ll pursue me further, even if I remain outside of their campus, Iโ€™m seriously mobility challenged and moved to Jacksonville to continue my care with them. Any suggestions here locally. We just settled in to the house we purchased one exit up the 202 away from the Mayo, believing in them falsely.

I just lost all of my doctors because the CEO took exception to being written to and had the head of โ€œPatient Experienceโ€ call and tell me never to do that again. I said it was America and I could write to the CEO of Chrysler if I want and I donโ€™t own any of their products. I didnโ€™t know the person who was calling me, much less that writing to the CEO could get all of my healthcare removed. Any suggestions of any type on how to go forward would be appreciated.

Where did you find healthcare? Clearly I now know that healthcare everywhere is just a business, no matter what lofty words they print on their walls. Clearly I now know that โ€œDo no harmโ€ is as much of a joke in FL as it was in TN. Iโ€™ll write any legislative person or make any phone calls on behalf of any legislation you are working for.

I donโ€™t feel safe already. Jen Bond has already read communications between doctors and myself to me and felt free to delete same from the portal without my consent. One of my Docs yesterday, suggested I sue the Mayo for this bullying. I see that is a waste of time, and money and energy I donโ€™t have.

I donโ€™t want future patients of the Mayo to come in all bright eyed believing their bs like I did or to move like I did, though I love Jacksonville, and then be dropped cold. More importantly, all over this country, Doctors are taking advantage of sick patients, and more often than not it is organizations not the doctors themselves, but no doctor from organization big or small should be able to pull care from even the most odious of human. I used to work software customer service. I got cussed out all the time.

I had the constitution to know the problem was with the software and to help the client. My company didnโ€™t fire the client and I didnโ€™t fire the client or refuse to talk to them if they called again.

But I learned I didnโ€™t like it. So I donโ€™t treat folks that way.

Dear NumberlessQuoll931, I am truly sorry for what you are experiencing. I've been there.

It's demeaning and humiliating. It is heartbreaking and stunning to be dumped on and abandoned when you are sick by a healthcare provider you looked up to and trusted to help you. It is traumatizing. You never really get over it.

The positive thing to remember is not all medical providers behave this way. There are compassionate, professional, good providers out there who do not treat patients like this. There are good, capable, kind physicians/provders in the Jacksonville, FL area. Don't lose hope.

And be honest when you meet a new provider. They will understand. Trust me, they have met other patients like us. They've heard our stories before.

We are not alone. They will tell you your story is not that uncommon, shockingly enough. They know how this provider treats people. It's no secret.

This seemingly highly respected and admired healthcare facility is not what people are led to believe they are. When they make mistakes, they don't stand by the patient. They will terminate patients' care if they get a whiff of liability or issues from a patient, especially if they've messed up or they can't figure out a case. They punish the patient for their mistakes.

They will begin squeezing a patient out if they don't all out dump them suddenly. Difficult cases, or cases they fail at, make mistakes on are damaging to their โ€œsuccessful patient outcomesโ€ so, they terminate the patientโ€™s care. It's their modus operandi and any attorney who knows their game will tell you this. Most attorneys will tell you they cannot help you when it comes to this provider.

Many are intimidated and it will be costly for them. In the words of a legal expert, not my words, M____o Clinic is the Teflon Don of the medical world. With this said, be careful. M___o Clinic does not mess around.

You are fighting the big boys when you fight them. You have two choices: walk away and move on or fight the beast. Don't waste your time ranting in review forums. It won't help you and they will never apologize.

Here is what you can do and should and all patients who end up here on this complaint review site must do the following in order to establish the pattern that is apparent with this provider: Start filing complaints with the appropriate agencies. Contact your legislators from here to Capitol Hill. Provide them with facts. Tell them your story.

Be concise. Take time and present a well thought out complaint. Complaint Contacts: 1) Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration, Complaint Administration Unity, Healthcare Facility Complaint Form https://apps.ahca.myflorida.com/hcfc/ Also try here: http://ahca.myflorida.com/Contact/call_center.shtml ALSO HERE: http://www.floridahealth.gov/licensing-and-regulation/enforcement/index.html 2) Florida Office of the Attorney General (Ashley Moody) https://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&Section=Citizen_Services 3) Governor Ron DeSantis http://www.flgov.com/contact-governor/ 4) Find Your Senator and Call them/ Email/Mail Your Complaint: https://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm 5) The Joint Commission - File a Complaint https://www.jointcommission.org/report_a_complaint.aspx 6) Find Your US House/Congressional Representative - Call, Email/Mail Your Complaint https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative 7) Find Your Florida House Representative - Call, Email/Mail Your Complaint https://www.myfloridahouse.gov/Sections/Representatives/myrepresentative.aspx 8) IMPORTANT: Florida State Attorney General - File your complaint at: http://myfloridalegal.com/Contact.nsf/Contact?OpenForm&Section=Consumer_Protection_Division 9) Share your story with the Patient Advocate Foundation at: https://www.patientadvocate.org/ Additionally, contact Governor Ron DeSantis and your district FL House Representatives and your Congressional representatives and ask them to amend the Florida Patients Bill of (No) Rights, Statute 381.026. The Patients' Rights bill and malpractice legislation in Florida are bulletproof for the medical lobby.

We, as patients, have no rights, and our rights are not enforced.

Good luck. God bless you, keep you safe and heal you.

Josephene Gon

I have just begun to experience all this patient is describing. I know it is true.

I am willing to sue the Mayo for every dime having read this but already this morning found out that Morgan and Morgan agree I have a case but feel they donโ€™t have the money or manpower to fight it. Morgan and Morgan!

Interesting letter but you lost all credibility when you said your preferred solution was "an apology from the CEO & doctors they must take compassion training courses.." plus the fact that you did not nor intend to sue for malpractice---even after accusing them of malpractice! I think there is much more to this "story" than you are willing to admit.

Get real. It isnt unreasonable for a patient that has been wronged to want an apology and if anything that adds to her credibility.

Many studies have confirmed this and suggested doing so with a small settlement as an ethical means to resolve an issue like this to avoid litigation that could end up paying more in the end. Plus, most patients arent these sue happy greedy dbags the greedy industry lobby implies. In fact, most never intend to sue or are too sick too. Only a tiny fraction of a percent of medical errors make it to court ever.

According to Johns Hopkin's over 250,000 deaths a year happen due to preventable medical error and over a million mistakes causing other disability.

As big as Mayo is as a training ground for newbies, I'd say statistically they have got lots of skeletons in their closet and lots of money for teams of lawyers and PR machines. Truth and ethical behavior rarely wins in the marketing, legal, and political arenas.

Dear h.kitchener,

You assume and you are incorrect. Know your facts about Florida malpractice first of all before you assume incorrectly and question my credibility.

I don't appreciate it. I have been beyond honest here. I have put myself out here and I won't have some misinformed stranger who is probably a bot for Mayo Clinic attack my credibility and if you knew about the law you would know I did try but FL makes it difficult and Mayo has incredible influence. You have no idea.

I learned quickly that malpractice would probably not work and I learned to aim for bigger things and for bigger fish to fry. And, yes, studies prove that if providers would apologize to patients, right their wrongs, the outcomes are better for everyone all the way around. And, there is no more to my story. No more, no less.

I did seek legal counsel. I did want to sue for patient rights and to have my sarcoma doctor back. I did and I do want them punished. If you knew as much as you think you do you would also know that malpractice law in FL makes if very difficult to sue for malpractice.

The Malpractice Overhaul Law and you would also know that the statute of limitations for FL malpractice law is a short, impossible two years designed by corrupt legislators working for the corrupt, greed FL medical lobby. You would know that the FL attorney general is a friend of the medical lobby, and more. And, if you understood any of FL malpractice law, you would also know that my survival must be severely diminished and me dying or dead to obtain any justice for malpractice in the state of Florida--and chances are I would not have obtained any justice at all...

I aimed my sights on an area where I believed I could get some justice--for everyone and this means changing legislation to better protect patients. There is nothing wrong with a patient not being greedy and suing for money and malpractice.

Florida Laws are for the rich and corporations ..They don't protect citizens...It is a bad place to get services...I know this by experience....I went to the Mayo clinic once and I wont go back there any more. The doctor was unprofessional and had wrong information on my diagnosis even when hospital sent him the records ahead of time..

he lied in his report . I have never seen something like it...

If you really think someone is following you etc., remember ; Florida is a concealed carry state and you have every right to defend yourself if it comes to that.
