If The User of company services are not fully satisfied with The Customer's purchase, please contact Master Airscrew over e-mail, phone or via Master Airscrew's' website contact form to arrange a return or exchange of The Client's purchase. To be eligible for a return, The User's item must be unused and in the same condition that The User of Website received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Always attach the RA number to the package returned. Once The User's return is received and inspected, The Company will notify The Client over e-mail. If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to The Client's credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 21 days for the amount to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If The User receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from The Client's refund. Windsor Propeller is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
