Im Sid lukie ,visually impaired with red/white cane and cnib member ,also Im fighting cancer and ANOTHERE diesease .
Gail Fristen manager in Kelowna sold me a ticket sept 13 ,van -Hongkong-Thailand .
I was told 4 hours before departure by handicap counter of a/Canada that the ticket I couldnt use because I was sold a ticket that Hong Kong airline DOSENT work with a/c.!Im blind and was stuck in Vancouver airport Easter long weekend oct7/8. The manager Gina was kind enough to book me another ticket to get me to Thailand in 14 hrs ,I supplied the proof n time of purchase new ticket before my original departure.I can only get a refund from marlin .I want my refund ,I need money 4cancer in Thailand.!.gail isnt responding not return8ng my funds that I need ..and am getting stressed out because treatment on hold because of the unusable ticket .

User's recommendation: Can’t get a refund nor replies ,had to purchase ANOTHERE ticket as marlins wasn’t accepted by air canada.
Monetary Loss: $1103.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Marlin Travel Cons: Not refunding, Ignoring emails.
