how can I get my refund
I have been emailing back and forth with customer service. I tried calling your number and get a recording every time i call.
I need someone to speak to in person. You say my package was delivered October 23 by USPS. I did not receive said package and got no notification that package was being delivered. Now you want me to jump through a million hoops to get a new jacket.
I'm supposed to call USPS and get a claim number? For what? A package you say they delivered? I need help.
Give me a phone number etc. This is ridiculous. I did not receive said package and have always had excellent service from Marika. What has happened?
I've told all my friends to buy Marika. Now do I have to tell everyone that your customer service won't answer phone?
