Mannequin Madness Return Policy
The Company will respond within 48 hours (business days) and tell The User of company services whether Mannequin Madness are sending a replacement, arranging for repair or offering a partial discount. All refunds/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt of The Customer's items. Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Mannequin Madness and may be only refunded as a store credit. No refund will be given if an item is returned damaged or missing parts. When The User of Website return an item to www.mannequinmadness.com especially a large item, The Client might want to insure the package. Then if the item is damaged by the shipper so The Customer can file a claim with them and recoup The User's loss since Website will be able to give The User of Website a refund on a damaged item. Mannequin Madness will then send The User of company services an email with the RMA number and the return address. The User are responsible for the return shipping costs.

For most of Company's items, The Company ship ground via UPS or FedEx. Some of Mannequin Madness's' smaller items (mannequin hands for example) www.mannequinmadness.com ship USPS. Posted shipping rates are for delivery to the 48 continental states only. www.mannequinmadness.com ship between 1- 2 business days after The Customer place The User's order because all of Mannequin Madness's' inventory is available for immediate shipment. The Client will receive the tracking number so The Customer can monitor the delivery time. Delivery time varies depending upon which product The Client order and where The User of Website are located. Note: If The Client order multiple items and they don't arrive on the same day, don't panic. Company's mannequins ship from various locations across the country, depending upon where the supplier is located. Sometimes Mannequin Madness's' supplier will tell Mannequin Madness a product is on backorder AFTER The User place order. When that happens Mannequin Madness will notify The User immediately and give The User of Website the option of choosing another item, waiting until the item is back in stock or issue a full refund.
