Tickets purchased online or by phone will be given a confirmation number to confirm the purchase. If The User of company services do not receive a confirmation number or are otherwise concerned that The Client's purchase was not successful, The User of Website must contact Box Office for confirmation of purchase. Malthouse Theatre takes no responsibility for incomplete purchases that have not received a confirmation number, and the customer has made no attempt to confirm the order. The right of admission is reserved by Malthouse Theatre management. This ticket is only valid when purchased through an authorised agent. Ticket prices within this site include GST where applicable. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided on collection of tickets. Tickets for all performances can be collected in advance, at any time, from the Box Office. On the day of the performance, MALTHOUSE THEATRE recommend collecting The User's tickets at least 30 minutes in advance of the show to avoid queues. Being late affects performers and the rest of the audience. Where possible, MALTHOUSE THEATRE attempt to establish a suitable latecomers entry point, but advise audiences not to rely on this. reserve the right to admit latecomers during a suitable break in the performance and to a different seat. Much of the work produced by Malthouse Theatre is a new piece of writing, and is in the process of development right up until opening night. Therefore, MALTHOUSE THEATRE are often unable to publish a confirmed running time until previews have begun. When confirmed, the running time will be posted on the individual production pages.
