Hi there,

I have diabled the email: xxxx@***.com in january of 2023. This was the email used to sign up with mailgun.

Since this, there has been no way for me to contact support for the payments coming out of my account, as there is no longer an existant business email of xxxx@***.com. Considering there is no email account that exists attached to my account, I am not using the service and therefore should not be being charged.

I have changed my bank card details that I originally signed up on, and you have continued to take payments out of my account.

I have asked my bank to freeze any payment withdrawals from mailgun, but still, they take payments out of my account.

I don't understand how you are able to take payments out of my account when I have not authorized these payments, and the email that is attached to the account is non existant.

I would like to speak with someone who can deactive this account, stop the payments coming through, and refund me for 3 months of payments that have not been authorized.

User's recommendation: do not deactive your email before deactivating your account with mailgun.
