Lysse Return Policy
There are no items in The Customer's bag. The Customer have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Returned items must be unworn and in the condition The User received them in. Original tags should be attached. If possible, place the item(s) in the original product packaging. For The User's convenience The User can print The Customer's own The Client's return shipping label from Lysse's' website, visit lysse.returnly.com to start a return. However, The Company do recommend purchasing a tracking number as www.lysse.com are not responsible for lost shipments. If these items are shipped back to Company's facility The Company will ship them back to The Client It may take up to ten business days for the refund to be applied once Lysse have received The Customer's return. It may take up to three business cycles for the return credit to appear on The Client's account. Lysse will credit The Client's original form of payment on the order.
