Terrible, because there was no person, no live anything. it actually wasn't even an automated response. It was just a message saying, email. So All you could do is email and I still haven't received an answer. no help. i didn't order a recurring product, but that's what they did to me. And I'm trying to change that, because I can't afford recurring product and nor do I need it monthly. It's expensive and the product lasts longer than a month. so I wouldn't recommend it because I didn't ask for recurring product, but that's what they did to me. And they haven't even responded to my request, because I couldn't even change edit or cancel my order once I realized that's what they did. so there is no such thing as customer service with their brand.
